All capitalized terms, unless otherwise specified, will have the definitions provided in (i) the Baseq.Ai Master Subscription Agreement or any superseding customer agreement for Customers and Authorized Users, or (ii) the Evaluation Terms of Service or a signed Evaluation Agreement for trial and other users, as applicable.

- Illegal and Harmful Uses: AI Products must not be used to promote violence, terrorism, exploitation of children, or any illegal activities. This includes uploading data that contains explicit content, promotes self-harm, or incites hate or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
- Fraudulent Practices: The use of AI Products for fraudulent activities, such as generating malware, phishing, or other deceptive practices, is strictly prohibited.
- Privacy Violations: AI Products must not be used to infringe upon individuals’ privacy, unlawfully monitor or track people, or otherwise violate their personal rights.
- Government and Political Use: When AI Products are used in governmental or political contexts, including law enforcement, immigration, and elections, special ethical consideration must be given to ensure that their use does not lead to harmful societal impacts.
